seems to be highly acurate - and I seem to get an idea for the order of dressing... it's nearly like in Kendo I think, but you need someone to make the arms and shoulders for you.

Depends on quality, age and authenticity of course. But I've seen basic sets for display or casual wear for as little as 1800$ U.S. But a functioning or war reenactment set of armor (I'm not sure on Japanese armor). But European sets are 18,000$ U.S. or more for plate. There are a lot of factors to look at for pricing though. XD Hope this helped. Of course this is from my own experiences. I've not bought any sets, so be sure to shop around if you choose to buy. Oh wow it's been over a month since you posted lol. You probably figured this stuff out already then. XP
